Practice
Study
Self study (svādhyāya) for the spiritual aspirant (sādhaka) is simply part of their practice (sādhanā). Seeking proper understanding of the teachings and texts, questioning and inquiry keep moving the aspirant from untruth to truth (asato mā sadgamaya).
Embody
Yoga is practice that needs to permeate ever aspect of your life. Living the practice is just as important as doing the practice. If you are practicing correctly, doing the practice will help you live yoga – bringing the necessary awareness, clarity and inclusiveness to everything you do.

Hi, I'm Sharol Sebastian.
A lifelong student and practitioner of yoga dedicated to helping you embody the yogic science and transform yourself.
This technology for wellbeing needs to be known. I’ve studied with many teachers both Eastern and Western and am simply here to share the best of my learnings from all my teachers with you.
Hopefully once wellbeing is set, you will seek the ultimate. The path I have chosen for this is with Sadhguru and the Isha Foundation. This may or may not be for you, that’s not the point. The important thing is that whichever path you choose, may the search be on and may you be successful.

I attended Sharol’s 6 Week Introduction to Yoga Philosophy Course and loved the way she explained the ways of yoga. It was very inspiring and interesting. The sessions got me thinking to be more conscious of my wellbeing and inner calmness. I’m the person who loves to do a million things at once! Each class brought vast information both with theory and practical movement, incorporating Pranayama, Meditation and Asanas.
