Chocolate Chia Pudding
Ingredients

almond milk

cup
chia seeds

cup
natural peanut butter
1/3
cup
raw cacao powder
1/3
cup
maple syrup
½
tsp
vanilla bean paste
Cacao nibs and crushed almonds
(optional)
Seasonal Berries
(optional)
Instructions
Blend all ingredients until creamy (except toppings)
Pour into 4 glasses or bowls
Leave to set in fridge for 10 minutes
Top with cacao nibs, almonds and any seasonal berries (optional)
